Boron/nitrogen co-doped diamond electrode for highly efficient electrochemistry detection of aniline

Aniline is a mutagenic and carcinogenic material for human health, it desirable to construct high-performance detecting system the trace detection of aniline. In this work, boron (B)/nitrogen (N)-doped diamond (BND) films prepared by chemical vapor deposition are proposed as electrochemical electrodes detect aniline in wide concentration scale. The BND have high sensitivity (detect limitation 0.29 μmol L−1) linear range (0.5 − 500 L−1). Both significantly improved with respect that from traditional boron-doped various carbonaceous materials, which can be attributed synergistic effect increased electrochemistry reduction density reaction sites on electrode surfaces.
